What it replaces
- Typing and formatting the weekly bulletin by hand
- Paying for or updating a separate church website
- Paper nursery sign-in sheets
- Copying announcements into email and Facebook separately
What it does
- Bulletin made once each week: prints folded, posts to the website, emails members
- Website with service times, directions, beliefs, sermons, events and plan-a-visit
- Nursery check-in: parents receive a QR pickup code by text/email; pickup requires the code; not-authorized people are blocked; allergies and custody alerts shown; incident reports; attendance records
- Bible studies printed with the KJV passage; public-domain hymn lyrics
Safeguards
- Statement of faith editable only by the account owner
- Any AI-drafted text must be read and approved by a named person before it is published. The owner can turn AI off.
- Giving stays with our existing giving service. Bear Much never handles donations or card numbers.
- Staff logins with roles (owner, editor, nursery-only)
