Churches use Bear Much to run their websites and nursery check-in. Each church controls the information it enters: member emails, family and child records, prayer requests and messages.

We use that information only to provide the service to that church: showing its website, sending the texts and emails it asks us to send, and keeping records it can view and download. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. Card payments for subscriptions are handled by Stripe; we never see card numbers. Donations go directly to each church's own giving provider.

Child records are visible only to that church's staff logins. A church can delete its account, which deletes its data. Questions: contact us.
